Refund & Exchanges Policy

At 307 Officials Apparel, LLC, we are committed to providing quality products and dependable service. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Remain in their original packaging
• Include all tags and accessories
• Show no signs of misuse or alteration

Returns that fail to meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are excluded from our return policy:

• Customized or personalized merchandise
• Clearance or final sale products
• Gift cards
• Products intentionally damaged after delivery

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order confirmation number
• Photos showing the issue
• A brief explanation

We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the error was caused by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
